• take nj turnpike north to exit 13a newark airport/elizabeth seaport
• stay left after paying the toll and merge onto nj-81 north
• merge onto us 1-9 north
• keep left at the fork to continue toward nj-21 north

• continue on nj-21 north
• turn left onto center street

• take nj turnpike south to exit 15w for I-280 toward newark/kearney
• keep left at the fork and merge onto I-280 west
• take I-280 west to exit 15a-15b toward nj-21 north/belleville/nj-21 south/newark/downtown/ironbound
• keep left at the fork to continue toward nj-21 south
• keep left at the fork and merge onto nj-21 south
• turn right onto center street

• take I-280 east to exit 15
• merge on nj-21 south toward downtown/ironbound

newark penn station

• Take these trains to newark penn station:
  • nj transit northeast corridor
  • nj transit north jersey coast
  • nj transit raritan valley
  • amtrak northeast regional
  • path train
• walking directions (10 minute walk)
  • exit newark penn station via raymond plaza west
  • walk to your right towards raymond blvd
  • make a left onto raymond blvd
  • walk two blocks to mulberry street
  • turn right onto mulberry street and walk to the end of the street
  • njpac will be directly in front of you
• taxis available (5 minute drive)
• newark light rail (5 minute ride)
  • light rail service runs about every 10 minutes in the evening and every 15 – 20 minutes late night and on weekends
  • the station entrance is inside newark penn station, on the street level, next to mcdonald’s
  • buy tickets for $1.60 one-way at the ticket vending machine, from the NJ Transit mobile app, or use your NJ TRANSIT monthly or weekly rail pass (imprinted with a zone number) for a free transfer.
  • Important: Digital and paper tickets must be purchased and activated prior to boarding any light rail vehicle. Printed tickets must be validated using a ticket validator machine found near ticket vending machines and mobile tickets need to be activated at least 3 minutes before boarding to avoid fines.   • board the the broad street station line on platform 2 (on your left as you come down the stairs)
  • exit at the first stop (njpac/center street)
  • carefully cross the tracks and walk up the celebrity walk of fame to njpac

newark broad street station

• take these trains to newark broad street station:
  • nj transit montclair-boonton
  • nj transit hackettstown
  • nj transit gladstone
• walking directions (13 minute walk)
  • head southeast on broad street towards downtown newark
  • turn slightly left onto park place/center street
  • njpac will be on your left
• newark light rail (9 minute ride)
  • light rail service runs about every 10 minutes in the evening and every 15 – 20 minutes late night and on weekends

• All bags are subject to search. Backpacks, suitcases, bags and women’s purses larger than 12” x 12” x 8” may not be taken into the theaters. Patrons carrying larger bags will be asked to bring them to the coat check at no charge and will be given a plastic bag for carrying select items, such as wallets and cell phones, into the theater. An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection.
• NJPAC reserves the right to inspect and search persons entering NJPAC property and hand-carried items. Violators of this policy may be subject to ejection from NJPAC property and/or civil or criminal penalties.
• To ensure the safety and comfort of our patrons, the following items are prohibited on NJPAC property. For safety reasons, guests will be refused entry onto NJPAC property if they are in possession of any prohibited item. Illegal items will be confiscated and turned over to the police. If a patron is found on NJPAC property with any prohibited item, the item will be confiscated and the patron may be ejected from the property. NJPAC property includes all buildings, performance venues, restaurants, outdoor and common areas, surface parking lots and the Military Park Garage.
• Prohibited items:
  • firearms, stun guns, cutting weapons, striking weapons, chemical weapons, fireworks, explosives, or any other dangerous or hazardous devices or weapons.
  • animals other than a registered service animal assisting persons with disabilities.
  • signs, posters, banners, balloons, flags, laser pointers/pens.
  • any item with offensive writing or images.
  • any food or beverage not purchased from an NJPAC approved vendor.
  • cans, bottles, glass or other beverage container.
  • illegal drugs.
  • aerosol cans.
  • any noisemaking device (i.e. whistles, air horns, drums, horns, vuvuzelas).
  • selfie sticks or gopros.
  • cameras, video or audio equipment.
  • unapproved pamphlets, handouts, advertisements etc.
  • pedi cycles, skateboards, roller blades/skates, hover boards, drones or other model aircraft or remote controlled device of any kind, may not be operated on NJPAC property.
  • any other item deemed to be inappropriate or dangerous by njpac management.
