Overview
Celebrate Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage month with a Chinese dance class. This art form is a colorful window into China’s long history and diverse cultures. Dancers of all levels will enjoy learning the foundational movements and choreography of this contemporary concert genre developed in the mid-20th century. Class is taught by Kerry Lee, co-artistic director of the Atlanta Chinese Dance Company and instructor for Nai-Ni Chen Dance Company’s The Bridge Virtual Dance Institute.
