Join Mayor Ras J. Baraka and a panel of experts for a Town Hall on the state of Newark’s water. The event will be moderated by the esteemed Richard W. Roper, public policy executive, civic leader, and member of Rutgers Board of Governors. The City invite you to participate by sharing your questions and concerns with us and to leave empowered with the facts.

Come early from 3-6PM for the Newark Department of Health and Community Wellness Health Fair for lead screenings in its mobile van; blood pressure and glucose screenings; health education; social services information; WIC information; services available at the Shani Baraka Women’s Resource Center; and giveaways of “healthy home” items.
