Currently serving his third term, Mayor Baraka continues his push for creative initiatives to bolster the city of Newark’s safety, economy and culture. Originally from Bayonne, NJ, long-serving Congressman Frank is known for his rapid-fire wit and his pro-choice and pro-civil rights voting record. He made history as the first openly gay member of Congress, and for having the first same-sex marriage while in office.
